Chapter Staff
The Chapter Staff are responsible for being fully aware of and representing High Noon at a local level. You are the face of your organization in your region (or country). You also manage your team and ensure they complete their projects in alignment with High Noon’s mission. You work closely with the Facilitator/AP care person.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recovery groups together with Facilitator/AP care person.
- Ensure High Noon resources are available locally
- Raise awareness / Promote
- Create education opportunities
- Point person for High Noon tours and speaking engagements

Facilitator/AP care person
Facilitator/AP care persons are responsible for supporting facilitators and AP at a local level and at the same time you are the coordinator to connect participants with groups and AP.
Responsibilities
Facilitators
- Onboard new facilitators
- Be aware of facilitators and their situation
- Who is waiting/wanting to start a group
- Who is close to finishing a group
- Helping facilitators conclude their group and set members up for what’s next
- How are they doing throughout the process
- Monitor weekly email check-ins
- Occasionally check in with facilitators to see they are doing okay
- Organize monthly Facilitator Support Call
- Send out reminders (to facilitators and staff)
- Participate in monthly support call
Accountability Partners
- Organize monthly AP Support Call
- Ensure staff create agenda – Two weeks prior
- Send out invitation – One week prior
- Send out reminders – Day of
- Connect participants with APs when requested
